How long will it take to customize and ship my order?


a) Customization & Processing

Customization orders are typically processed within 2 working days.

For bulk orders, additional processing time may be required depending on the order complexity and production schedule.


b) Delivery

Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. The exact delivery date may vary based on the courier’s schedule.

  1. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  2. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  3. For urgent orders or specific delivery date requests, additional fees may apply. Please contact us for arrangements.




Are returns or exchanges accepted?


We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or customized items, so please ensure all details are accurate before placing your order.

Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

  1. The item is defective or there was an error on our part
  2. The item is not personalized or customized
  3. The item is unused and in its original condition
  4. The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Do you have a physical store for viewing, self-collection, or product exchange?


We primarily operate online and do not have a retail store for product viewing.

However, self-collection or product exchange can be arranged by appointment only. Please contact us in advance before visiting.
